Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation: $775,000 guaranteed salary each contract year, plus wRVU productivity upside.
Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 bonus
Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $100,000 over five years ($20,000 annually)
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000, direct-billed
Professional Development: CME allowance of $4,500 per year plus 5 CME days
PTO + Sick Time: 45 days of combined PTO and sick days.

Qualifications
Degree: MD or DO
Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Licensure: Active Kentucky license or eligible to obtain one
Experience: Experienced urologists preferred; new graduates welcome to apply
Sponsorship: J-1 and H-1B visa candidates are welcome to apply
