KERING Supply Chain & Logistics Business AnalystJob Family: Supply ChainJob Title: Supply Chain & Logistics Business AnalystLocation: Wayne, NJSupply Chain & Logistics Business Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of master data across supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, and other platforms). This role ensures that all data related to products, vendors, customers, and operational flows is accurate, complete, and up to date, supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data governance processes and standards. You will perform regular data audits and validations to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Additionally, you will support the implementation of new systems and tools, providing training and guidance on data management best practices.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

You will lead the development of the Supply Chain & Logistics Operations reporting and analytics framework for the Americas region. This includes gathering, interpreting, and leveraging data to drive actionable insights that improve overall B2B and B2C service performance, from global freight forwarding through last-mile transportation. You will be responsible for delivering meaningful insights to the Brands while translating business forecasts and operational trends into actionable recommendations for the Operations team.

Key Accountabilities

Daily Reporting

  • Develop and maintain a set of KPIs to support daily operational activities, improve performance, and drive efficiencies for the Brands.
  • Monitor and analyze daily KPIs, establish alerts, and communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders to enable timely decision-making.
  • Create and distribute automated reports to Americas teams and Brand partners.

Weekly Reporting

  • Develop weekly performance reports for each Brand (Gucci, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Bottega Veneta, and Brioni) to be reviewed during recurring business meetings. Reporting should cover end-to-end supply chain operations, including After-Sales and Import/Export activities.
  • Participate in Top 3 Supplier meetings to review performance data, challenge reporting assumptions, and ensure data alignment.
  • Create and manage weekly reporting for Americas leadership and Kering's worldwide Supply Chain leadership teams.

Monthly Reporting

  • Develop monthly performance reports for each Brand (Gucci, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Bottega Veneta, and Brioni).
  • Conduct high-level strategic reviews and monitor progress against action plans established by various teams and departments.
  • Create and distribute a monthly newsletter highlighting Americas Supply Chain activities, achievements, and key performance insights for the global Kering Supply Chain organization.

Project Contribution

  • Contribute analytical expertise and data ownership support across supply chain and innovation projects.
  • Partner closely with Senior Project Managers and the Worldwide Methods & Innovation team.
  • Collaborate with the Worldwide Supply Chain Data Analytics team to enhance KPI visibility and reporting capabilities with a focus on Americas operations.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 4-6 years of experience in data management, preferably within a supply chain, logistics, or operations environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and technologies to support KPI development, process improvements, and project initiatives.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, master data management tools, and data visualization platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong collaborative relationships across functions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $110,000 - $115,000
