Meet with community partners to understand motivations for getting involved, how they are currently involved, and thoughts about building and maintaining relationships. Expand stakeholder engagement for Kerr Together. Attend meetings for the long-term recovery working groups, community partners, and board. Compile meeting notes from long-term recovery working groups and develop a system to standardize information gathering, tracking identified needs, sustain engagement and communication to improve organizational capacity.
