The Community Events VISTA will increase awareness in the community of available resources. Understand opportunities for increased community engagement through community events. Meet with community partners to understand motivations for getting involved with community events, how they are currently involved, and thoughts about building and maintaining relationships. Lead and document community events planning processes for Kerr Together to increase awareness of available services and reduce barriers to access that will strengthen the organization's capacity for future events. Prepare reusable print and digital resources for marketing and educational materials, including promotional and online, for each community engagement opportunity or event. Developing outreach strategies to engage underserved populations, including those impacted by the July 4 flood.
