The AmeriCorps VISTA Fundraising Coordinator will focus on capacity building, donor development, fundraising infrastructure, research, and systems creation. Develop fundraising plan to identify strategies to increase funding. Researching and identifying grant and funding opportunities aligned with disaster recovery, poverty alleviation, and community resilience. Create fundraising documents to create sustainable systems for securing funding. Establish online and offline marketing campaigns around key fundraisers for staff to execute. Develop plans to increase the number of volunteers who donate financially to the organization. Create fundraising plans to increase donations from active volunteers. This position is expected to serve fully in-person.
