Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting mental and emotional well-being.
- Help with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Support clients with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed healthcare plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client needs and emergencies.
Requirements
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help seniors.
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
- Ability to follow care plans and take direction from supervisors.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must pass a background check.
