By joining Algonquin, you'll be part of a team that is shaping the future of energy and water, while creating long-term value for our customers, communities, employees, and shareholders.PurposeThe Specialist supports the growth team by providing back office support for new growth opportunities by managing inbound growth leads, load claiming and reporting, as well as data management within the company SAP system, including the company CRM and work management platform.AccountabilitiesClaiming all completed growth work and providing associated reports to management team to track growth results.Respond to all inbound leads for residential and small commercialEstablish and communicate clear expectations to Liberty customers.Outbound calls to all residential and small commercial opportunitiesAdditional outbound calling during the slow-seasonEstablish and communicate clear expectations to Liberty customers.Manage input of all residential and small commercial opportunities into company CRM. Data input/management of SAP system as needed.Education and ExperienceExperience with CRM systems is required, SAP beneficialAssociates Degree preferredPrior professional experience performing adnistrative coordination tasks for fast paced team required

The pay range for this position is $60,000 to 90,000 annually. Experience and credentials will impact starting salary.
