Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is an elevated Sales position within Amcor as the key contact and driver for strategically prominent Amcor accounts. Provides effective strategic and tactical sales direction and communications strategies to defend existing business, improve profitability of existing business, and to profitably develop new business. Implements strategy, business and marketing plans for assigned accounts, project management of customer related initiatives, product positioning with customer, drives product line evolution and product innovation with customer. This role is focused on growth of assigned account through share of wallet and developing and executing a long-term strategy.

Education - Bachelor's degree
Experience - relevant experience in technical, sales and general management preferably within the packaging industry
7+ years' experience
Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability
Experience with negotiations; strong influencing and persuasion skills
The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $105,000 to $140,000; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range ($105k-$180k) depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position is also eligible for Amcor's [Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan], which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance.
Amcor Flexibles North America (AFNA) offers a comprehensive benefit package including medical/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, 401(k), wellness initiatives, Employee Assistance Program, and more. Annual paid vacation allotment starts at 80 hours for full-time salaried employees, prorated dependent on their start date. AFNA also offers 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
