What You'll Do

Key Account Manager – Join the nin Team!

Who We Are
At The nin Group, we don’t just fill jobs — we create opportunity and empower people. As a Best Places to Work company, we invest in your success with industry-leading benefits, development programs, and a culture that values leadership, collaboration, and innovation.

About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and people-focused Key Account Manager to lead and support a large onsite staffing program. In this role, you’ll oversee onsite operations, strengthen partnerships across the client organization, and serve as the bridge between recruiting, onsite teams, and leadership.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping the teammate experience — from onboarding through retention — while driving program performance, engagement, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support the overall onsite management program and onsite team

  • Serve as the primary liaison between recruiting teams, onsite leaders, and client stakeholders

  • Oversee the new hire experience, including onboarding, orientation, and early retention

Program Performance & Trend Analysis

  • Analyze turnover daily and identify trends through exit interviews and data insights

  • Partner with recruiting, onsite leaders, and senior management to address concerns and implement solutions

  • Develop, implement, and maintain retention strategies using technology and onsite engagement

  • Manage communication playbooks and leverage SenseHQ to address issues proactively
Maintain and analyze Check-Up programs to identify emerging trends

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build trust and expand relationships throughout the client organization

  • Proactively grow market share by identifying new opportunities across the campus

  • Prepare and lead meetings with client leadership, supported by data and insights

  • Develop customer-facing reports, dashboards, and recommendations
Prepare and manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) in partnership with branch teams

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Serve as the connector between nin teams and client managers to improve processes and performance

  • Partner with internal support teams including IT, Marketing, HR, and Strategic Growth

  • Support and enhance New Hire Orientation programs

  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance updates to internal leadership

Compliance & Workplace Standards

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including ADA and EEO regulations

  • Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation across employee matters

  • Support inclusive workplace practices and fair treatment

  • Partner with HR and leadership to uphold workplace safety and labor standards

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, employee relations, or team support roles

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams

  • Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization

  • Highly organized with excellent time management and execution skills

  • Comfortable driving change and navigating fast-paced environments

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and quick to learn new systems

  • Experience working in manufacturing or warehouse environments
