Key Responsibilities Lead OEM sales strategy and meet targets. Develop annual plans with growth initiatives and market analysis. Maintain CRM data, build key relationships, negotiate terms, and drive cross-selling. Provide forecasts, promote products, gather market insights, support teams, and ensure admin compliance. Your skills and experience Bachelor's degree plus 5 or more years of proven success in high-tech account management. Minimum 3 years of experience selling technical devices to the automotive industry Experience selling to a major automotive OEM and/or Tier 1 accounts are an advantage Experience in robotics and machine vision Experience in selling technologically complex and innovative solutions Travel requirements are estimated to be an average of 2-3 days per week We encourage you to apply even if you don"t meet every single requirement.
