    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and close opportunities with school districts, universities, and education institutions across the assigned state region
    • Navigate public-education procurement: cooperative purchasing frameworks (e.g., PEPPM), RFP/bid processes, budget cycles, and board approvals
    • Replicate FF's education success-case playbook (deployment + teacher training + curriculum) and build at least one referenceable lighthouse account in the region
    • Bundle robotics hardware with FF course/curriculum offerings and coordinate course-sales KPIs with the education pillar
    • Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM with per-lead Jira tracking; meet the 48-hour first-touch SLA on assigned leads
    • Partner with the regional FAE on demonstrations, pilots, and deployments; coordinate with the PAR Development Manager on dealer-served education accounts
    • Provide monthly forecast inputs to the UES 3-month rolling forecast process

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Engineering, or related field
    • 5+ years of B2B sales experience selling technology or STEM/EdTech products into K-12 districts or higher education
    • Demonstrated knowledge of US public-education procurement and funding mechanisms (Perkins, ESSER-type funds, STEM grants)
    • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas with margin accountability
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Existing relationships with district CTOs/CIOs, CTE program directors, or education resellers
    • Experience selling robotics, maker-space, or AI curriculum solutions
    • Familiarity with cooperative purchasing contracts and state education procurement portals
