    Description

    A fast-growing manufacturing company is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead and grow its strategic customer portfolio. This is an opportunity to join a company expanding its commercial presence across North America, driving sustainable sales growth, margin performance, and long-term profitability. The Key Account Manager is responsible for owning the commercial strategy for key accounts and building senior-level relationships with OEMs, distributors, and fabricators across the U.S. market.

    Salary + Additional Benefits:
    • $70,000–$85,000 base + commission

    Location: Houston, TX
    Type of Position: Direct Hire

    Responsibilities:
    • Own and execute the commercial strategy, sales budget, and pricing for key North American accounts.
    • Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, distributors, and fabricators across strategic segments.
    • Lead negotiations, quotations, contracts, and new product introductions.
    • Coordinate closely with Houston and Lima operations to ensure reliable execution, quality, and delivery.
    • Drive business development in Electrification, Power Distribution, Data Centers, EV, and Grid Infrastructure.
    • Build senior-level customer relationships and act as the primary commercial point of contact.
    • Develop forecasts and align commercial commitments with production and supply chain capacity.

    Requirements:
    • 5-7+ years of experience managing key industrial B2B accounts in manufacturing, metals, or electrical components
    • Proven track record working with large OEMs or strategic customers in North America
    • Strong commercial, negotiation, and pricing skills with cross-border exposure
    • ERP experience (SAP)
    • English fluent (required) | Spanish advanced (preferred)
