As our advertising business grows, we are looking for an organized, dependable colleague who takes pride in getting the details right. 2017 About the Role / We are looking for a hands-on Key Account Manager to help develop and deliver partnerships with major restaurant groups and consumer brands across the U.S. You will join your manager in important partner meetings and negotiations, then take ownership of coordinating the work needed to bring each partnership to life.Because HungryPanda operates across the U.S., frequent domestic travel is a core part of this role. You should be comfortable traveling to meet partners and local teams, including overnight and multi-day trips.What You’ll Do / Prepare for partner meetings. Research prospective partners, gather business information, prepare meeting materials, and help shape proposals with your manager.Join meetings across the U.S. Travel with your manager as needed to meet partners, participate in discussions and negotiations, and document decisions and next steps.Follow through after each conversation. Coordinate answers to partner questions, track open items, and keep both sides informed so opportunities continue moving forward.Turn agreements into action. Once terms are agreed, create an execution plan with clear deliverables, owners, deadlines, and launch requirements.Coordinate the launch. Work with Marketing, Advertising, Operations, and City teams across different markets to resolve issues and keep the partnership on schedule.Maintain partner relationships. Serve as a reliable day-to-day contact, track commitments and early results, and identify ways to improve or expand the partnership.What You Bring / Experience in key account management, brand partnerships, client-facing project management, business development, or a related role.Experience coordinating a partnership or client project from discussion through execution, with a strong ability to follow through on details.Confidence participating in commercial discussions and communicating with senior partner contacts while working closely with your manager on important decisions.Strong organization and coordination skills across partners, internal teams, deadlines, and locations.Able and willing to travel frequently across the U.S., including overnight and multi-day trips. Able to work from the Los Angeles area when not traveling.Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English is required.Experience with restaurant groups, food delivery, consumer brands, or local commerce is a plus.If you enjoy meeting partners in person and taking ownership of the work that brings a partnership to life, we’d love to hear from you.
