Key Account Manager

Philip Morris International (PMI), through its Swedish Match affiliate, is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth across regional accounts and strengthen customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue, profit, market share, and distribution goals.
• Build relationships with key customer decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities in merchandising, pricing, promotions, and category management.
• Analyze sales and market data to drive business decisions.
• Manage trade and promotional budgets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support customer growth.
• Coach and develop account representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in CPG sales, account management, or related field.
• Strong customer relationships, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
