    Description

    Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 base salary plus commission

    Location: Greater Seattle Area, hybrid

    About the Opportunity

    We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee key client relationships while managing workplace, facilities, and commercial project initiatives from planning through completion. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships, coordinating complex projects, and serving as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of high-value business accounts.

    You'll work closely with clients, internal project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with an exceptional customer experience. Success in this role requires strong relationship management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    What You'll Do

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients.
    • Build strong, long-term customer relationships while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Manage workplace and facility-related projects from initial planning through installation and completion.
    • Coordinate internal resources, project managers, designers, installers, and outside vendors to successfully execute client projects.
    • Prepare proposals, quotes, budgets, and project documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Monitor project schedules, costs, and deliverables while proactively communicating status updates to clients.
    • Partner with customers to understand business objectives and recommend solutions that support their workplace and operational needs.
    • Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, property managers, and other third-party partners throughout project execution.
    • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by introducing additional products and services.
    • Support the transition of new clients from the business development team into ongoing account management.
    • Maintain detailed project records, budgets, and reporting throughout the customer lifecycle.
    • Ensure projects meet quality, financial, and customer satisfaction objectives.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of business-to-business account management, project management, or client services experience.
    • Experience managing multiple projects and customer relationships simultaneously.
    • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience preparing proposals, quotes, budgets, or project documentation.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience supporting commercial facilities, workplace environments, office renovations, furniture, construction, or related industries.
    • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Visio, or other space planning/design software.
    • Knowledge of commercial construction, architecture, workplace design, or facilities management.
    • Experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, or installation teams.
