The Key Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with high-value customers, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that drive mutual business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of customer business models, proactive engagement, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional resources to exceed client expectations and achieve organizational objectives.Are You Looking To:Strategic Account Management: Serve as the principal liaison for designated keyaccounts, developing comprehensive account strategies to maximize long-term businessopportunities.Relationship Development: Build and sustain influential relationships with key decisionmakers, stakeholders, and influencers within customer organizations.Business Growth: Identify, develop, and execute initiatives to expand productpenetration and revenue within assigned accounts, including cross-selling and upsellingopportunities.Account Planning: Formulate and implement detailed account plans, incorporatingcustomer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to drive accountperformance.Customer Advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer internally, collaborating withengineering, operations, and product teams to deliver customized solutions and ensurecustomer satisfaction.Issue Resolution: Lead the resolution of customer concerns, facilitating timely andeffective solutions through internal coordination and communication.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze account performance metrics, prepareregular reports for management, and provide accurate sales forecasts.Contract Negotiation: Oversee negotiation of commercial agreements, pricing, andterms to secure mutually beneficial outcomes and ensure compliance with companypolicies.Market Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments,competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to the customer base.Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in key account management,sales, or business development within the electronics, manufacturing, or technologysectors.Core Competencies:o Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillso Strong negotiation and influencing capabilitieso Analytical and strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detailo Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-pacedenvironmentWhat You'll Need:QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relateddiscipline; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.· Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.What You'll Get:Compensation range of $100-125k annually.
