The Key Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with high-value customers, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that drive mutual business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of customer business models, proactive engagement, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional resources to exceed client expectations and achieve organizational objectives.
Are You Looking To: Serve as the principal liaison for designated key accounts, developing comprehensive account strategies to maximize long-term business opportunities. Build and sustain influential relationships with key decisionmakers, stakeholders, and influencers within customer organizations. Identify, develop, and execute initiatives to expand product penetration and revenue within assigned accounts, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Formulate and implement detailed account plans, incorporating customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to drive account performance. Represent the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Are You Ready To: Lead the resolution of customer concerns, facilitating timely and effective solutions through internal coordination and communication. Track and analyze account performance metrics, prepare regular reports for management, and provide accurate sales forecasts. Oversee negotiation of commercial agreements, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial outcomes and ensure compliance with company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to the customer base.
What Youll Need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the electronics, manufacturing, or technology sectors. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities Analytical and strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
What Youll Get: Compensation range of $100,000 to $125,000.
