We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Key Account Specialist to join our customer service team at our Earth City, MO headquarters. Job Summary The Key Account Specialist will serve on a team that provides full-service support for dedicated customers for all requests regarding order status, product information, account status, pricing, product, or service. Essential Job Duties: Work with distributors or original equipment manufacturers to serve identified "key" customers on appropriate product recommendations for simple and complex orders. Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes / orders using the Microsoft D365 F&O Enterprise Resource (ERP) system. Work closely with Sales Operations/Customer Service Managers, Plant Managers, and Product Group Managers to better serve customer needs. Build strong working relationships with customers. Organize and audit daily production paperwork related to sales goals and customer deadlines. Resolve customer complaints and ensure overall customer satisfaction through professional customer support. Qualifications: 3-5+ year of industrial sales; inside sales, customer service, B2B or distributor sales. Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft D365) highly preferred. High school diploma / GED equivalent required. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: "Expert" practical knowledge of product and customer applications. Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with all levels of a company and with customers "Expert" level experience working in a Microsoft environment, with all Customer Service tools.
