Key Accounts Manager

The Key Account Manager will manage the commercial relationship with existing large and multi-site customers. Proactively contacting and visiting clients to maintain a consistent high level of service, while identifying new profitable revenue streams. Maintaining the revenue and gross profit of each account ensuring they remain profitable in line with annual targets

Working with the Operations Team to ensure that service requirements are understood and implemented in line with client expectations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, logistical services, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.
• Participates in a joint strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the    involvement of all necessary company personnel.
