Roush has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic Key Desk Clerk to join our team! The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper key distribution and that drivers are assigned to designated vehicles. The Key Desk Clerk will also ensure the drivers have the tools they need to perform their evaluations.

Responsibilities 

  • Provide customer service to drivers and engineers, answer questions, and retrieve keys for assigned vehicles
  • Prepare daily test driver tools (vehicle keys, phones, route information, evaluations and other needed equipment)
  • Update customer systems daily with dispatched driver information and equipment assigned
  • Complete end of day update of customer systems with mileage information and test data
  • Complete customer system updates and company required reports
  • Other related tasks as assigned
  • Perform daily test vehicle key audit against vehicle list
  • Prepare test vehicles for return to customers removing all Roush equipment and performing damage inspections
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of test driving experience
  • Good driving record
  • Proficient MS Office skills including data entry accuracy
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
  • Ability to work well independently and exercise sound judgement
  • Good attention to details with the ability to ensure accuracy
