Job Description:
The Key Holder supports the Manager by assisting with daily operations,
including opening and closing procedures. Serving as a Joy Creator they
provide exceptional guest service, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere,
process transactions accurately, and assist guests both in person and over the
phone. In addition, the Key Holder performs responsibilities for the Crafting
Department, assists with light cleaning and organization, and completes
various clerical and administrative tasks to help ensure smooth, efficient
bakery operations and an outstanding guest experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Co-facilitates the opening and closing of the bakery, including cash-drawer balancing and bank deposits.
Suggest creative solutions such as add-ons and retail to create an exceptional experience for the guest
Assist guests with their orders in person and by phone
Operate and balance the POS with accuracy and efficiency
Have current and complete knowledge of current prices, products and promotions
Coordinate the timing of all orders between Guest Services and Bakery Departments
Co-manages special-order fulfillment via web and email for individual guests and corporate accounts as well as large, complex orders and
deliveries.
Contributes to marketing strategy execution in the local community by helping to coordinate and participating in special, brand-building
events.
Keep crafting/joy creator area clean and sanitized, including crafting bins, drawers, and the BOH POS station
Proficient in the Crafting and Joy Creating department.
Ensure Managerial daily instructions are completed
Uphold Nothing Bundt Cake company policies and food safety standards Price and organize retail merchandise, ensuring products are accurately labeled and properly stocked or stored in designated bins.
Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Review and manage GEM cases, resolving issues within the system and coordinating with management as needed for
follow-up.
Communicate with fundraising groups to obtain updates, gather all required event details, and accurately enter
information into the system.
Manage house accounts by creating, maintaining, closing, and following up on outstanding accounts to ensure accurate
recordkeeping.
Assist with receiving, loading, and unloading deliveries from shipping vendors and suppliers working collaboratively with
the team to ensure efficient inventory handling.
Support daily store operations by maintaining organization, accuracy, and excellent customer service while assisting with
administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Willing to assist other departments as needed

Work Availability:
Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings,
evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.
