Broadway T-Shirt Company is a fun, fast-paced retail store located at the popular Broadway at the Beach shopping center. We offer a wide variety of apparel and gifts including t-shirts, sweatshirts, funny graphic tees, kids’ shirts, Life is Good®, Simply Southern®, and more.

We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to step into a leadership role and help support our team for the summer season and beyond!

Position: Key Holder (Shift Lead)
Pay: $12.00–$14.00 per hour (based on verifiable experience)
Schedule: Flexible scheduling available (must be available nights and weekends)

Key Holder Responsibilities Include:

• Opening and closing the store
• Supervising and supporting sales associates during your shift
• Assisting the Store Manager with daily operations and overall store performance
• Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Process and stock incoming merchandise
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Previous retail or customer service experience required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Friendly, outgoing personality with leadership ability
• Team-oriented mindset
• Must be available nights and weekends
