  • Provide sales guidance to customers exploring AT&T wireless devices, unlimited plans, and Fiber services, leading them toward informed purchase decisions.
  • Educate customers on AT&T’s 5G capabilities and Fiber advantages in everyday language that supports sales conversations.
  • Assist with device setup and account activation, creating a positive first impression that increases loyalty and future upgrade potential.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell AT&T solutions based on customer usage, household size, and connectivity needs.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently present AT&T promotions, trade‑in deals, and bundled offers that drive sales.
