Job Description: We're looking for friendly, reliable individuals to join ourfront-of-house team! As a Customer Service Team Member at KFC, owned and operated by White Management, you'll be the face of our restaurant-greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring every customer has a great experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a positive and welcoming attitude
Take and process orders accurately (in-person and drive-thru)
Handle cash and card transactions
Prepare and package food orders quickly and correctly
Maintain a clean dining and front counter area
Assist customers with questions and concerns professionally
Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years old
Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Flexible availability (Weekends a must)
Food service experience is a plus, but not required-training provided
