Pay: $16.25-$19.50 Job Description: We are seeking a dependable and motivated Shift Lead to help oversee daily restaurant operations while providing excellent customer service. The Shift Lead supports the management team by leading crew members, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring smooth operations during scheduled shifts. Responsibilities - Lead and support team members during shifts
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are to KFC standards
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Assist with training and coaching team members
- Monitor shift productivity and team performance
- Support cash handling and register operations
Qualifications - Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Good communication, positive attitude, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
