KH242 - Part-Time Chef - Austin, TX

Overview:

A kind and busy family of four based in the Westlake area of Austin, TX is looking for a part-time chef/cook to be on-site two-three days per week to make dinner. There is some flexibility on days as long as they are during the week. The family loves all kinds of cuisines and would love to find someone who is comfortable making healthy and fresh meals. There are no allergies in the home.

Responsibilities:

• Cooking dinners for the family two-three nights on-site. They are looking for someone to plate the meals, clean up, and then head out
• Keeping a clean and tidy kitchen
• Source and purchase local fresh produce and foods

Qualifications:

• Happy to work around children (middle school age) and willing to include the children occasionally (for example, a pizza night)
• Team-player and excellent communicator

Requirements:

• Must be legal to work in the US
• Prior private home experience
• Diversity in cuisines
• Comfortable with a large, friendly dog in the home
• A driver with their own car is required
• Already local/commuting distance from Westlake 

Salary and Benefits:

$50-70 per hour
