What You'll Do:

• Greet customers in a warm, professional manner.

• Accurately process payments (cash, check, and credit card) for service and parts.

• Operate our dealership's computer system and cash register efficiently.

• Ensure all documents, receipts, and totals are verified and properly recorded.

• Work closely with service advisors and department managers to support a smooth customer experience.

• Handle customer concerns with poise and refer to appropriate staff when needed.

• Assist in maintaining and reconciling cash register balances daily.

• Process refunds and mail out customer documents as necessary.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.

• A positive, professional appearance and attitude.

• Willingness to learn dealership systems and tools.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with customers.

• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus, but not required-we'll train the right person!
