Compensation

Good Faith Pay Range

• Base compensation: $2600 per month
• Commission and performance incentives paid under the dealership's compensation plan.
• Expected total annual earnings:$60,000-$120,000+ for employees meeting performance expectations. Top performers may earn more. Actual earnings will vary based on individual sales performance and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
• Build relationships with customers before and after the sale.
• Follow up on dealership leads and referrals.
• Maintain product knowledge and manufacturer certifications.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
