If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a team that values professionalism and accountability, this may be a great next step for you — even if you’ve never worked in a dealership before.

We’re open to candidates who are curious about a career change and want something stable, structured, and customer-focused.

This Could Be a Good Fit If You’ve Worked In:

  • Hospitality or guest services

  • Automotive service or repair environments

  • Customer-facing sales or retail leadership

  • Insurance or claims support

  • Parts or automotive operations

Many of our best advisors came from outside the dealership world. We’ll train you on the automotive side.

What the Role Involves:

  • Welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle concerns

  • Creating clear repair orders and explaining next steps

  • Reviewing inspection findings and maintenance recommendations

  • Coordinating with technicians and internal teams

  • Keeping customers informed and helping their visit go smoothly

  • Following a clear, established process from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Comfort managing multiple tasks throughout the day

  • Attention to detail and follow-through

  • A calm, professional approach with customers

  • Willingness to learn and work within a structured process

  • Valid driver’s license

Dealership experience is helpful, but not required.

Why Crain Kia of Fayetteville:

  • Competitive compensation with consistent earning opportunity

  • Training and support from experienced leadership

  • A modern facility and growing service department

  • Clear expectations and defined processes

  • Long-term career opportunities within the Crain Automotive Group

What Success Looks Like:

  • Customers feel informed and respected

  • Work is completed accurately and on time

  • Communication is clear and consistent

  • You take ownership of your responsibilities

If you’re interested in exploring a new career, we’d be happy to have a conversation.

Apply today and let’s see if this is the right fit — for both of us.
