Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional first impression
• Learn and become an expert on Kia vehicles, features, safety systems, and technology
• Help customers identify the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle
• Conduct engaging walk-arounds and test drives
• Demonstrate vehicle technology, connectivity, and convenience features
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the purchase process
• Follow up after the sale to ensure an outstanding ownership experience
• Work closely with managers and teammates to provide a seamless buying experience

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships
• Coachable with a willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Restaurant, hospitality, retail, customer service, and outside sales experience are encouraged to apply
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
