Kia Service Advisor

Hyman Brothers Auto Group is seeking a dedicated KIA Service Advisor to join our team in Midlothian, VA. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth, satisfying service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Assess and accurately document customer vehicle service needs.
• Clearly communicate vehicle issues, recommended repairs, and associated costs to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers regarding service status and post-service satisfaction.
• Promote additional services or maintenance products as appropriate.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.
• Proficient with computer systems and service software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
