Doug Smith Kia is experiencing exponential growth! To better meet our customers' needs, we have moved into our new facility in Lindon. We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Service Consultant to join our team as we prepare to soar!

Job Responsibilities:

• Address customers' primary concerns
• Be dependable, punctual, and process-driven
• Meet and greet customers with a smile
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Conduct video walkarounds
• Communicate via text
• Properly document repairs and process paperwork expeditiously
• Sell needed and recommended maintenance and repairs
• Follow through with daily responsibilities
• Complete all factory and dealer training

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of automotive experience
• Self-motivated
• Communication skills, patience, creativity, and an eye for detail
• Basic Computer Skills
• Maintain a valid driver's license
