Location: KidKare Lead Site Supervisor - Located in Montrose

Status: 5 days/week; 8 hours/day; 12 months/year / 8:00AM-4:30PM

Beginning: 07/20/2026 or As Agreed Upon

Rate of Pay: According to Community Education Level II Salary Schedule $22.15 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you'll do:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a school-age childcare program.
• Supervise, schedule, coach, and evaluate site staff.
• Ensure compliance with program policies, and safety procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for families, school staff, and KidKare leadership.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, school personnel, and community partners.
• Create and maintain a welcoming, engaging, and safe environment for all children.
• Support staff in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and play.
• Manage enrollment, attendance, and program records.
• Assist with staffing, training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development.
• Foster an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and supports every child's success.
• Respond to incidents, parent concerns, and day-to-day operational needs with professionalism.
• Help create meaningful experiences that have a lasting impact on children's lives.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

What we are looking for:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Recreation, or a related field preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in childcare, including supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, staff, and school partners.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn the Arux registration and attendance system.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
• A positive, dependable, and compassionate leader who enjoys mentoring others and creating a fun, supportive environment.
