Victory Life Church Kids Coordinator REPORTS TO: Kids Pastor CLASSIFICATION: Full-time ROLE SUMMARY Aids in leading the campus Kids Ministry (ages 0-11) operations by supporting, equipping, and recruiting volunteers. This includes ensuring compliance with the Minor Protection Policy, fostering positive classroom environments, and developing kids volunteers. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
