Kids Fitness Coach - KidStrong
Pay: $22 - $25 per class
Location: Wilmington, NC
We're looking for high-energy individuals who are passionate about working with kids and enjoy fitness and movement. Our coaches bring enthusiasm from the moment they walk through the door, lead every class with confidence, and create a fun, hands-on environment where kids build strength, confidence, and character.

- You have experience in fitness, athletics, coaching, education, or child development.
- You enjoy motivating and encouraging kids.
- You're comfortable demonstrating movements and physically assisting children when appropriate.

- You love helping children accomplish things they never thought they could.
What You'll Do
You'll coach fast-paced, science-based classes for children ages walking through 11 years old that focus on physical development, confidence, and character.
Every class is interactive and hands-on.
You'll:
- Lead high-energy classes
- Demonstrate movements and exercises
- Encourage and motivate every child
- Safely spot and assist children during activities
- Create a fun, structured learning environment
- Build relationships with families
- Track attendance using the KidStrong Coaches App
- Attend required trainings and team meetings
- Help maintain a clean, organized center
Qualifications
Required
- Passion for working with children
- High-energy personality
- Active or athletic lifestyle
- Comfortable leading in front of groups
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Available late afternoon/evenings and rotating weekends

- Early Childhood Education
CPR/AED certification is required if hired.

Hiring Process
