The Kids Instructor provides educational and fitness programming for children aged three months to 11 years in the Kids Academy.
They organize, instruct, and supervise safe, fun activities and games, host parties and events, and promote participation in Kids & Aquatics programs.
Responsibilities include greeting members, fostering children's development, preparing classes, maintaining records, ensuring safety, managing behavior, and maintaining the program areas.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, completion of required training, and First Aid/CPR/AED certification within 60 days.
Preferred qualifications are 6+ months of experience working with children, strong engagement skills, and excellent communication and customer service abilities.
