Provide superior customer service standards and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business. Execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the store's business strategy. Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store.Delivers a best in class experience to customers Upholds standards of customer service excellenceLeader in productivityRegular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shiftsAssist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team Enforce company policies and proceduresPerform open and close procedures for the storeProvide training to new store employeesEffectively execute visual directives, education selling tools and customer service standardsPerform other job-related duties as assignedWhat We Are Looking For:Required Qualifications:Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferredPrior key holder experience preferredCustomer service experience  Communication skillsAnalytical skillsBasic computer skills  Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per monthHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMust be 18 years or olderAuthorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required.
