Job Title: Kinaxis Consultant

Location(s): Burlington, MA


Job Summary:
Seeking a Kinaxis Consultant with experience implementing advanced supply chain planning solutions. The consultant will participate in full lifecycle supply chain planning implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery workshops with business stakeholders to gather and document Kinaxis RapidResponse requirements.
  • Analyze customer supply chain networks, operating models, planning processes, system landscapes, and business objectives.
  • Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions based on business requirements.
  • Lead solution blueprinting, detailed design, and configuration activities.
  • Assign and review project tasks, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.
  • Apply advanced analytical and mathematical models to solve supply chain planning challenges.
  • Support data integration, transformation, migration, validation, and cleansing activities.
  • Assist with quality assurance activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and configuration issues.
  • Support pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations when required.
  • Document lessons learned and ensure adherence to implementation methodologies and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions such as:
    • Kinaxis RapidResponse
    • o9 Solutions
    • Blue Yonder
    • OMP
    • E2Open
    • Similar Advanced Planning Systems (APS)
      • Experience leading at least one full lifecycle supply chain planning implementation.
      • Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and best practices.
      • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
      • Knowledge of data integration, data management, and system implementation practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration and customization expertise.
  • Supply chain analytics and mathematical modeling experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale planning transformations.
