Job Description:
We are seeking a Kinaxis Supply Chain Consultant to support supply chain planning, optimization, and execution using Kinaxis RapidResponse. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supply chain processes and be skilled in configuring and implementing Kinaxis solutions for various industries, including automotive, high-tech, life sciences, and consumer goods.
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse to optimize supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and design effective supply chain solutions.
• Develop dashboards, analytics, and scenario modeling within Kinaxis.
• Integrate Kinaxis with ERP and other supply chain systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues, support upgrades, and provide user training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
• Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in industries such as automotive, electronics, life sciences, or consumer goods.
• Kinaxis certification is a plus.
• Data Modeling: Understand and map business data to the Kinaxis data model, creating hierarchies, relationships, and custom fields to accurately represent the supply chain processes.
• Worksheet Design: Develop complex worksheets within the Kinaxis interface, including calculations, expressions, and conditional logic to generate insights and visualizations for demand forecasting, inventory planning, and production scheduling.
• Workflow Automation: Design and configure automated workflows using Kinaxis
• Report Creation: Build customized reports and dashboards using Kinaxis reporting capabilities to provide key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders.
• Integration Management: Work with IT teams to integrate Kinaxis with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) to ensure data consistency and smooth data flow.
• Security & Access Management: Work with users to have the right and controlled access/authorizations setup.
• User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end users on how to effectively utilize the custom Kinaxis solutions they have built.
• Release and Upgrade: Participate in System Upgrades and Release notes analysis.
• Performance Optimization: Performance and query optimizations with SQL concepts and Kinaxis best practices
• This job is ideal for someone with a blend of technical expertise and supply chain knowledge who can effectively work with both IT and business teams.
