About the Role:
The Club House Childcare and Preschool in Farmington, MN is looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-K Teacher to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate Pre-K curriculum and daily lesson plans
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for young children
• Support early childhood development through play-based and structured learning activities
• Monitor and document children's developmental progress and milestones
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's growth and daily activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe classroom at all times
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support program goals and center operations

Requirements:

• Experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to pass a background check as required by Minnesota state regulations
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
