Job Summary


As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. You will foster a positive classroom environment, inspire a love of learning, and help build the foundation for future success.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
  • Deliver high-quality instruction that encourages active participation and exploration
  • Assess student progress through observations, assessments, and classroom activities
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, student progress, and classroom documentation
  • Collaborate effectively with families, colleagues, and school leadership
  • Support the social, emotional, and academic development of each child
  • Incorporate creative teaching strategies and educational technology to enhance learning
Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
  • Valid teaching certification or credentials preferred
  • Experience teaching Pre-K, Kindergarten, or Early Childhood students preferred
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
  • Passion for early childhood education and student development
  • Positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset
