Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for kindergarten children
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
- Implement positive behavioral guidance strategies and ensure a safe learning space
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
- Support individual learning needs and encourage social and emotional growth
Qualifications
- Four-year degree in education required.
- Standard NJ Preschool-Grade 3 (P-3) Teaching Certification required.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children

Salary Range: $50.000–$55.000 annual based on education level and qualifications.
Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
