Organization Information The mission of the Caldwell County School District is to educate all students through the shared commitment of the home, community, and schools by providing a learning environment that prepares them for responsible and productive citizenship. Vacancy ID 20252026 - 09347 Position Category Primary Classroom Instructor Title Kindergarten Teacher Description Caldwell County Primary School is seeking a dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to provide a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young learners. This full-time position is responsible for planning and delivering standards-based instruction, creating daily lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering academic, social, and emotional growth. The teacher will use creative, hands-on, and play-based learning strategies, maintain a positive classroom climate, implement effective behavior management practices, and communicate regularly with families. Responsibilities also include collaborating with colleagues and parents, maintaining a safe and organized classroom, supporting student well-being, and participating in professional development.
