Preferred candidates should be able to:

• Create a nurturing and supportive early childhood classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.

• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience for students.

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress, behavior, and any concerns.

• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required.

• Familiarity with the Science of Reading methodologies (Fundations/Heggerty)

CERTIFICATION: Birth - Grade 2 or Common Branch K-6

DATES: September 4, 2026 - October 10, 2026

RATE: $150 per diem for the 1st 30 working days, $320 per diem as of the 31st working day
