Nothing Bundt Cakes is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Kiosk Joy Creator / Guest Service Representative to join our team at the Short Pump Town Center kiosk. In this role, you'll help guests find the perfect treat while creating a friendly, welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote our delicious Bundtlets at the kiosk
• Greet customers and provide outstanding guest service
• Answer questions about products, flavors, and promotions
• Process sales accurately and maintain an organized kiosk
• Encourage sales while creating a fun and positive experience for every guest
• Follow company standards for product presentation, cleanliness, and service

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive, dependable, and outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Weekend availability required, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Preferred: Six months to one year of customer service or sales experience.

Compensation

• $16 per hour
• Plus $0.25 commission for every Bundtlet sold
