Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and laboratory services industry, is seeking a Kit Production Coordinator to join their team. As a Kit Production Coordinator, you will be part of the Laboratory Support Department supporting the Sample Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Kit Production Coordinator

Location: West Chester, OH

Pay Range: $18.5

Shift: Evenings (08:00-12:00)

What's the Job?

  • Assist in the global kit production, distribution, and order fulfillment to ensure timely processing of supplies.
  • Provide support to external kit vendors and internal departments by maintaining high levels of service and reliability.
  • Perform quality control checks on assembled kits to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
  • Support shipping and order fulfillment activities, including labeling and packing laboratory kits.
  • Participate in resolving kit vendor quality issues and support daily communication within the department.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant vocational or academic qualifications preferred.
  • Previous experience in a production or logistics environment is advantageous, with at least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills and effective time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with frequent mobility, including standing, bending, and lifting.
