Job Summary:

The Kitchen Ambassador plays a key role in connecting the kitchen team with guests, ensuring smooth communication, and creating a welcoming and educational experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Greet and engage with guests in the kitchen area or event space, answering questions and sharing knowledge.
• Represent the brand or venue with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Support kitchen operations by coordinating food preparation flow and helping maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with product demos, tastings, classes, or cooking events as needed.
• Monitor and maintain presentation standards in food displays or product setups.
• Communicate guest feedback to chefs and kitchen staff to ensure continuous improvement.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Serve as a brand advocate—educating guests on menu items, kitchen tools, or services offered.
• Help train new team members on hospitality standards and kitchen flow when applicable.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, culinary, or retail environment preferred.
• Passion for food, cooking, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light to moderate items.
