District BBQ in Bristow is becoming CraftWorx BBQ and Brews (sister restaurant to CraftWorx Taproom in Gainesville), and will be serving up authentic smoked BBQ alongside an impressive selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. We pride ourselves on delivering delicious food, a great drink menu, and exceptional customer service in a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, measuring, and portioning.
  
• Cook menu items to CraftWorx BBQ and Brews' quality standards.
  
• Follow recipes and procedures to ensure consistency.
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
  
• Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
  
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes and bussing tables.
  
• Assist in food storage, labeling, and inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
  
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely service.
  
• Support the culinary team for catering and special events, ensuring timely service.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is required.
  
• Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques is a plus.
