About the role: This will be a full-time, long-term contract role onsite in Bridgman, MI. You would report directly to our client manager and partner with the Food Service Manager. This role offers a great daytime schedule with an early end time, and weekends off. Key Responsibilities: * Help with all daily kitchen operations, including dishwashing and overall kitchen sanitation. * Cross-trained to cover all kitchen positions, including prep cook, line cook, food service. * Transport food and supplies from material center and deliver onsite catering orders. * Develop friendly partnership with co-workers and customers. Qualifications: * High School Graduate or Equivalent * Must be at least age 18 * We desire previous experience in a commercial kitchen * Must be efficient. * Be able to work early morning shifts * Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana and CBD oil), and employment testing.
