Kitchen Assistant/Dishwasher

B.H. Inc., is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our kitchen team at Bradley's Café as a Kitchen Assistant/Dishwasher. This position plays an important role in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently while assisting with basic food preparation and daily kitchen operations. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

We are looking for the best candidates for our team and are offering our Kitchen Assistant/Dishwasher a competitive wage of $15-17 per hour (depending on experience). This position will work 20-29 hours a week and hours may vary based on cafe operations and catering needs. Some early mornings and occasional special even hours may be required. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred but not required-we are happy to train the right person.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely around hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen machinery.
